dose per kg.1


1 kg.zucchero
300 ml. d’acqua
50 gr. glucosio
10 gr succo di limone


In una pentola mettere gli ingredienti e portare sul fuoco.
Appena bolle schiumare le impurità che salgono in superficie.
Lasciare cuocere fino a imbrunimento dello zucchero,a questo punto togliere dal fuoco e aggiungere qualche goccia di limone.
