Torta al cioccolato fondente

Ingredienti per 30 persone:

 400 g. Cacao Amaro
 400 g. Cioccolato fondente
 800 g. Burro
 700 g. Tuorlo d’uovo pastorizzato
 500 g. Zucchero
 80 g. Farina ’00’
 500 g. Albume
 100 g. Zucchero a velo
Costo indicativo a porzione: 0,40 Euro

Procedimento: 
(1)Fare fondere insieme i due cioccolati con il burro. (2)Montare i rossi con lo zucchero semolato aggiungere la farina delicatamente. (3)Montare gli albumi con lo zucchero a velo a neve. (4)Mescolare 1 e 2 e poi incorporare 3
Cuocere in forno a 160 20 minuti mezz’ora
