Ingredienti

Salmone cotto a 40° gradi

Salsa allo yogurt

Cetriolo fresco

Procedimento
Preparare la salsa yogurt,aprire il salmone e tagliarlo a cubi regolari e tagliare a julienne il cetriolo dopo averlo pelato eliminando la parte centrale dei semi.
Posizionare dei fiocchi di salsa yogurt sul piatto,adagiare sopra il salmone e sopra di esso il cetriolo
