Ingredienti per 1 kg.:
 1 kg. Piselli surgelati finissimi
Procedimento: 
Mettere i piselli nel sacchetto per cottura aggiungere la soluzione d’acqua e confezionare sottovuoto. Nota il liquido deve essere a 1/3 della capienza del sacchetto, per non far uscire il liquido. Cuocere in forno a vapore a 100 gradi per 12 / 15 minuti. Abbattere subito a + 3 e riporre in frigo.
